This is a personal portfolio website. It does not sell products or personal information.
Information this site handles
Website analytics. This site uses Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the site. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and collect information such as pages visited, session activity, referring source, approximate location, and browser or device type. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Contact form. If you send a message, the name, email address, company, subject, and message you provide are processed by Resend and the applicable email provider for delivery to Nicholas Lukas. The website does not write contact messages to its own database. Messages may remain in the receiving email account as needed to respond.
AI tools. Questions and job descriptions submitted to the AI assistant or role-fit tool are processed through Cloudflare and Google Gemini to generate a response. This site disables AI Gateway prompt and response payload logging and does not intentionally retain raw AI prompts or answers in its own database. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information.
Abuse prevention. The site uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a random browser identifier stored in local storage, and hashed network identifiers to prevent automated abuse and enforce daily usage limits. Daily usage counters expire shortly after the daily limit resets. Clearing site data removes the browser identifier.
How information is used and shared
Information is used only to operate, secure, understand, and respond through this portfolio. It is processed by service providers such as Cloudflare, Google, Resend, and the applicable email provider. It is not sold or rented.
Your choices
You can block or clear cookies and local storage through your browser, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or choose not to submit the contact form or AI tools.
